Jørgen Arnesen (b. 1964) CEO/President Mr Arnesen holds a Diploma Economist from BI Bergen, and Petroleum Engineer from HSR Stavanger. He has more than 20 years of wide experience from the oil industry, both offshore and onshore. He has been working with Odfjell Drilling, mostly in managerial positions. His last position was Deputy Managing Director with Stena Drilling Ltd, Aberdeen.			Hu Pengfei Assistant to CEO Mr Hu has exert management authority on production, safety etc in Drilling Division. He has a BS major in drilling from Jianghan Petroleum College in 1993. Mr Hu has been working over 15 years in Chinese oil and gas industry till now, with Chinese National Oilfield Offshore Corporation (CNOOC) since 1993.
Lage Nordby (b. 1969) VP Operations Mr. Nordby holds a MSc in Naval Architecture from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim (NTNU). He has 14 years experience with rig operations with Schlumberger and Transocean whereof 9 years in various international assignments. Lage has served 6 years as Rig Manager in Egypt and Norway as well as one year as HR Manager with Transocean in Norway.			Kjetil Andrew Tangen (b. 1975) HSE&Q Director Mr Tangen holds a Master of Science within Environmental- and Natural Resource Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim (NTNU). He has worked with HSE&Q Management for MODU's during operation in Norway, HSE Management for rig construction abroad and offshore as an operative HSE Officer internationally.
Osvald Borgen, (b. 1960) HR & Adm Director Mr. Borgen holds a Bachelor of Management, Business Academy, Stavanger. He has more than 25 years of experience from the oil industry, the last 15 years from various positions within HR primarily from management. He has been working with Transocean, Amec Process and Energy, Prosafe Drilling and his last position was with Odfjell Drilling.			Shi Jing Jing (b.1976) CFO Mr. Shi holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from University of International Business and Economics (UIBE). He has more than 10 years of experience from managerial position within accounting, auditing, financial consulting and drilling industry. He had been working with KPMG and Deloitte since 1999 and then joined COSL in 2007. His last position was Accounting Manager of COSL Drilling Europe AS.
Magnar Fagerbakke (b. 1964) VP Market & Contract Mr. Fagerbakke holds a diploma in Economics and Business Administration from NHH in Bergen. He has been working with Statoil for 17 years in a number of locations and positions. For the last 10 years he as among others been contract manager for all drilling unit contracts in Statoil, and has for the last 13 years worked with drilling and well related procurement.
