Focus areas in 2012

Now more than ever is it important that we do our utmost to ensure the safety of our personnel, both onshore, offshore and at our base and project sites.

In order to reach our goals for 2012 it will be important that all personnel take the time necessary to perform the work in a safe manner. This includes taking the time necessary to properly plan and prepare the work at hand, and making sure that the work area is returned to its original state when the work has been completed. It is also important to give feedback regarding the work performance, so that the management system can be updated to properly reflect each work activity. This feedback will also be used as experience transfer between our units, to ensure that we develop safe and efficient work routines on all units.

In 2012 we will of course continue building our CDE Culture, and have great focus on the implementation of our systems and requirements.
