Whistleblowing

COSL Drilling Europe encourages all employees
and other stakeholders to report actual or suspected occurrences of illegal, unethical or inappropriate events (behaviours or practices).

Examples of concerns that may be reported include:

• Non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations

• Violations of internal policies, procedures or guidelines

• Bribery, corruption, fraud or theft

• Breaches of human rights or labour rights

• Discrimination, bullying or harassment

• Inappropriate gifts, conflicts of interest or other unethical conduct

The whistleblowing channel is intended for reporting serious concerns about potential misconduct. It is not designed for routine business complaints or individual employment-related matters. Employees should normally raise such matters with their immediate manager, Human Resources or another appropriate manager.

Anonymity and confidentiality

The whistleblowing channel is operated by an external service provider, and all concerns will be handled with due care and confidentiality.

COSL Drilling Europe does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
